Cosmos is comprised of three organizations that are either profit oriented or non-profit based. Our group of companies has been offering services in and around Central Alberta for over 50 years. Originally established as Cosmos Enterprises in 1972, this long-standing agency has evolved into a well-reputed provincial leader and an integral part of Central Alberta’s community.
Cosmos is always looking for volunteers to help share their time, skills and enthusiasm with one of the many services and programs Cosmos offers. Your involvement with the individuals and organization makes a big difference.

Volunteer in the Community
Our extensive volunteer services and community partnerships offer something for everyone. Volunteering is a great way for people to make a difference in their community, connect with others, and develop new skills. We take a holistic approach to identify the skills, talents, and interests of those wishing to volunteer. This ensures that volunteer arrangements meet the expectations of our clients and provide a valuable, sustainable service to the community.
While our services are designed to focus on the interests of the volunteer, we also work as “community connectors” serving to benefit the wider community in providing skilled and talented volunteers, supporting local economic growth, and in celebrating the diversity of our community.
